1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment/order confirmation.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking information where available.
2. Delivery Time

For orders within Pakistan, estimated delivery is generally:

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, you may select this option during checkout.

are entered correctly so that our courier can contact you when your order arrives.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

While we work with our courier partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Nesox cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances such as:

7. Damaged Packages

We carefully package our perfumes to help protect them during transportation.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking clear photographs or videos of the package and product before opening or disposing of the packaging, as this may help us investigate the issue with the courier.

8. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly.

We may need to verify the delivery details with our courier partner before determining the appropriate solution.

9. Product Availability

If an ordered product becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you regarding the order and may offer an alternative, replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
